DAY TRIP: To reserve your charter, we require min. 50% desposit. The balance is due CASH to the captain before boarding. Deposit is non refundable, however you can reschedule the charter at least 7 days before the charter (day charters only) or we can accept cancellations showing up at the embarkation time due to heavy rain, lack of visibility or winds in excess of 25 knots.
OVERNIGHT CHARTER: Deposit upon reservation and full payment 30 days the charter date required.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Once you have been scheduled for the cruise we no longer take reservations for these dates. A non-refundable deposit is because this time is blocked out for you.

Trip Insurance:
The yacht is fully insured against damage and liability. The insurance may not cover your personal property and may exclude certain liabilities (snorkeling, diving, swimming, water gear usage, food poisoning, injuries while drinking alcohol). You may elect to obtain additional liability or umbrella insurance on your own.
Cancellation Policy:
Miami Sailing will not offer refunds for charters cancelled (charter can be rescheduled upon availability - last minute cancellations and no-show ups will be charged full deposit) or shortened due to adverse weather (prorated refund may apply on overnight charters), acts of God, or events not within the reasonable control of Miami Sailing.
WHY- while taking your reservation - no other booking will be taken for the boat for the time of your charter
Cancellations received less than 90 days (multiday charters) and 30 days (day trips) prior to your charter date are subject to forfeiture of all paid fees, except for extremely inclimate weather or for some reason the yacht cannot do the charter. We strongly suggest that you obtain travel insurance for your overnight vacation, especially during hurricane season. More in Charter Agreement (accepted upon booking)
